I have decisioned thousands of files across FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines, navigating complex income scenarios and shifting regulatory landscapes. My mission is to go beyond the handbook. I am passionate about empowering the next generation of Loan Processors and Underwriters with the critical thinking skills needed to protect the lender while helping families achieve homeownership.
